Clean homes. Clear minds. That’s what I believe
Bringing Joy Back to Your Home
Joy Maid Cleaning was founded on a simple belief: a clean space is a happy place. We’re not just here to tidy up—we’re here to create comfort, restore order, and spark joy in your day. Every clean is backed by integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to care. Our trained professionals treat your home like it’s their own—because your peace of mind is our business!
My name is Jessie, a proud single mom to a beautiful 12-year-old daughter who inspires me every single day. Balancing motherhood and running my business has taught me resilience, compassion, and the deep value of showing up fully—for my family, my clients, and myself.
For years, I found myself stuck in dead-end jobs—working long hours from 8 in the morning until 7 at night. By the time I finally picked up my daughter from my friend’s house, I was completely exhausted. The hardest part wasn’t just the tiredness—it was the guilt. The guilt of not having enough time to spend with her. The guilt of watching her grow up while I was too busy trying to keep up with work. That feeling of missing out on precious moments weighed heavy on me every single day.
There were nights when I would come home and see her already tired, waiting for me, and my heart broke. I wanted so badly to give her more—not just food on the table and a roof over our heads, but my time, my love, and my presence. The sadness of not being there fully for her is what pushed me to make a change.
That’s when I decided to build something of my own. I started this cleaning business not just as a way to earn money, but as a way to take back my life and give my daughter the mom she deserves. Now, I can work a full day and still come home in the evenings to cook dinner with her, help her with homework, or just sit and listen to her stories. I can keep my weekends free for movie nights, walks, and memories we’ll both treasure forever.
This business is more than work for me—it’s my second chance. It’s the bridge between survival and truly living. Every home I clean, every client I help—it all reminds me why I chose this path. Because at the end of the day, my daughter doesn’t just need me to provide; she needs me to be there. And now, I finally can.
